Karinthip Village Overview

The Karinthip village is situated on a historical site near the centre of Chiang Mai and not far from Chiang Mai's large Mae Ping River. The site once was once a landing point for timbers being floated down the Ping River. Elephants use to work here pulling the logs from the river. Now The Ping River has change direction and Karanthip ithe Ping River lies a few hundred meters away. Karanthip is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Many can not believe that while they are staying here there are situated smack bang in the center of Chiang Mai's busy Thai and Chinese shopping district of Chiang Moi Road. The Karinthip is agreat choice for those wanting peace and quiet but being close to the real hustle and bustle of everyday city life.

The Karinthip Village is situated off a quiet soi off the busy Chiang Moi Road. This is an ideal situation for shopping at the large and interesting Warorot market which is only a few minutes away. The Chiang Mai night bazaar and Tha Pae Gate are both about a 10 minute walk away. By taxi you are about 15 minutes drive from Chiang Mai's airport and a 10 minute drive from Chiang Mai's bus and train stations.

Fantasy Suite:
