Three easy steps to booking

Step 1

Fill out the booking form on the tour page you wish to book and hit the submit button. For most tours you have a choice of either 'payment online' or 'payment at our office'
We will process your form within 24 hours. We will check availability of the tour you wish to take and then send you a request for payment depending on how you indicated you would like to pay on the original booking form.
Step 2

Payment online - If you opted to pay online we will email you a link to our online payment gateway 'thaiepay' within 24 hours of the booking. Please click the link, check your details then follow the simple instructions to pay using your credit card.

Payment at our office - If you opted to pay at our office you will receive a provisional booking confirmation by e mail within 24 hours. Please print it out and bring it to our office when you arrive in Chiang Mai. you can then make payment at our office.

Payment online - Within 24 hours of receiving notification of your payment we will e mail you your booking voucher and receipts.

Payment at our office - If you opted to pay at our office we will e mail you provisional booking vouchers with the deadline for payment (usually 48 hours before your tour is due to depart).

Step 3
Payment online - Within a further 24 hours of you making payment you will be emailed your booking vouchers and receipts. The voucher will contain full details of your tour and pick up times from your hotel. Please print a copy for presentation on pick up.
We will make arrangements for your tour and collect you on the day and time specified on your booking voucher.
