Hello
Matt, It
seems just only a couple of days ago when I first wrote to you to
enquire about a trip to Chiangmai. Well, we came and everything
was over in the blink of an eye. What remains are the moments of
joy and laughter that we shared with your staff. At this juncture,
we would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone of
them, namely, Amy, Lee, Tack Aor as well as La who drove us the
many miles around Chiangmai. They have all showed us how dedicated
they are to their work and their passion and dedication has made
our stay very enjoyable and meaningful. They seemed to have mastered
the art of dealing with the disable and elderly and have also managed
to get others to explain to us so well. We all agree that you have
done an exclusive trip and have not tagged on the exclusive price.
Should we come over again, we will definitely call on the Travel
Hub to help make our day. Keep up the good work.
Please express
our sincere appreciation to each and everyone of them who are mentioned
in this mail. If you can, please forward my email address to Aor
as we may want to continue and correspond as friends.
Thanks again
and keep up the good work.
Regards,
Moses Choo. |

private itinerary Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai

|
Hello Matt & Suppatra
-
Just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for making our visit
to Chiang Rai & Chiang Mai such a wonderful experience. From the
time we were picked up at Immigration just off the Mekong River and
driven to the Lucky Swan Hotel, through our boat trip up the Mae Kok
River (lovely driver!) to Theton, to being met by Aor and John (Supat?)
and shown the wat, caves, orchid farm, & Chiang Mai everything
was taken care of for us beautifully and those few days were absolutely
terrific.
Please know how highly we think of Aor and John [ even if he does
apparently drink Johnny Walker and not a Canadian brand :-) ]. Aor
was a great source of information and assistance - professional and
kind, and John was a personable individual and terrific driver.
We had so much fun in the 2 days we spent with these two young people
and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Thank you for making this part of our trip such a memorable experience.
It made all the difference and I know, because I will return to Thailand
sooner rather than later, that I will be in touch with Travel Hub
again.
Best Regards,
Susan |

Dear
Supattra
Please allow us to thank you and your staff for a wonderful trip
when we were in Chiangmai. I must say that Ms Nong and Ms
Booi were excellent guides. My kids just loved them very much
often offering them sweets and they were asking How come Aunty
Nana (Nong) and Aunty Booi are not coming with us to Mae Hon Son?.
I am very impressed with their patience with kids especially
mine are really demanding and playful. Mr John was also an
understanding man, quiet but very nice guy.
However we have two different tour guides in Mae Hon Son. We
preferred Mr Poon but he was not available on the 2nd day of the
trip. Anyway this was ok with us. We do have a
wonderful time there.
Thank you again for your excellent service and we will definitely
introduce our friends who are coming to Chiangmai. BTW do you organise
private tour in other part of Thailand like Bangkok , Phuket?
Rgds

Dear
Travel Hub Management.
I
had just went through the Half temple tour on 3 September. My friend
and I were highly impressed by the service of tour guide, Niki.
She
is very knowledgable about the places, and the history. She is very
enthusiatic to answer any questions from us and she never rush us
to leave.
Both
of us really enjoyed the tour (both Temple tour and the Karen Hilltribe
tour) under the Travel Hub. You guys had made our stay in Chang
mai a truly memorable ones.
I
would like to extend my gratitude to your service and will definately
come back to the Travel hub again if i'm visiting Chiang mai in
the future.
Best

Hi
Matt!
Ellen Wojahn here. My family of four participated
in the waterfall-Akha-elephants-whitewater-bamboo tour extravaganza
on Monday February 4th. It was great! Thanks for your guidance in
choosing this tour, as it was perfect for our kids ages 15 and 10.
Lanna was a great tour guide, and everybody else we encountered
that day was terrific too. I really appreciated the opportunity
to have an email chat with Travel Hub about what I was looking for
prior to booking. It wasn't just a one-way street, either: I got
lots of good opinionated advice, and that really helps when trying
to make plans for a day well in the future and in a place far away.
Paying in advance online was also very welcome.
Thanks so much. I only wish we'd had a chance to
meet in person!
Ellen

Dear
Supattra,
Just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic day out on this
tour. Both Ami and our driver Mr La were very approachable and professional.
Ami was an excellent guide: very friendly, funny and informative.
The mountain and its gardens and waterfalls is very beautiful and
so are its people. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely
book another tour with you when we're back in Chiang Mai.
Cheers and best regards,

The
Travel Hub was recommended to me by a travel agent in Kho Phangan.
I came here to get info about Chiangmai and surroundings, what to
do here and where to go. They were always very helpful and I booked
a trek and a cooking course here. I did a one day trekking only
tour because I don't really like the elephant riding and other stuff.
What I got actually was even more than I expected: narrow, steep
paths though the jungle, over wide open plains with great views,
though waterfalls amazingly beautiful. I recommended it to everyone
who wants to go off trek-hiking. The cooking course I did at The
Master Thai cookery school I could choose from all the dishes being
offered! I really liked that because I didn't have to choose a regular
course but could make my own menu. It was great fun and incredibly
easy. And all the dishes tasted so good, some even better than in
many restaurants. In addition you'll get a book where you can find
all the dishes you could choose from. Enjoy! |

Today
we did the 1 day trekking (walking only) and it was great! The guides
are very friendly and sometimes even a bit crazy! ^_^
Walking
only is hard work (climbing in the hot sun), but the scenery is
beautiful! The swimming at the waterfall is just amazing! The staff
here at the Travel Hub are very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

We
had booked 3 different activities from the Travel Hub
- Chiang
Dao cave and Karen Longneck Full day. An interesting day,
was of course the longneck village. Bring some extra water!
You don't need any special clothes.
- Trekking
1 day (Mae Tang Area) Very nice elephants, 1 hour was perfect.
Bring sport shoes for the trekking, lots of rocks but really
beautiful! Rafting was fun but probably more exciting when it's
rainy season and more water.
- Bungy Jump
The best thing we done at our five week trip in Thailand !
It was really wroth the 500 extra baht for them to take picture
and get a t-shirt! So much adrenaline!
The
Travel Hub The staff are very friendly, kind and professional.
They helped us a lot with booking and also fixed vegetarian food
at our trips. We highly recommend the Travel Hub! |

One
day trek with white water rafting and long neck
Amazing
trek if you have limited time you get to see the same amount of
stuff on a 2 day trek just with less walking. You get to ride an
elephant which is brilliant, see different tribes and go rafting.
I would recommend this tour if you wanting to see the longnecks
and its really reasonably priced. |

The
2 days 1 night trek was very good in Mae Tang. It started slow then
went straight up to the Lahu village. No trinkets at the village
and plenty of food and drink and entertainment by the guides. A
good challenging backpack. Our raft flipped over on the first set
of rapids. Whoooo-Hoooo!! |

We
booked the 1 day walking only trek through The Travel Hub. A fantastic
day's walk and the guides were excellent. There are quite a few
river crossings and one of us was not so steady on her feet the
guides made a really big difference and were there to help at all
times. The lunch was much needed & excellent! This place is
highly recommended by us. |
