What if the hotel that I selected is not available?
You will be notified via an e-mail within 24 hours after placing your order. You will not need to proceed to the payment step. We will suggest an alternative hotel in a similar class and price bracket.

What is the latest time that I can make my reservation?
We can only guarantee bookings made at least 4 working days (not including Sundays & Public holidays) before the check-in date. We suggest booking earlier to avoid disappointment from your chosen hotel.

How far ahead can I book?
You can book 12 months in advance of your check in date.

How do I make a reservation for someone else?
To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in their name instead of yours for ‘guest name’ in the form. Use the billing address for the credit card you are using as the address. You will need to receive confirmation and payment instructions so use your e mail address.

What happens to my hotel booking if my flight or other mode of transport is delayed?
We are not responsible for delayed flights it will be up to the hotels discretion and availability whether extra charges will be incurred.

What happens when I make a reservation?
Within 48 hours of a booking being made we will check availability and make a reservation. We will then send you a link to your details page. Here your can check all details and prices are correct then you will be directed to our online payment gateway ‘thaiepay’.

What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room?
Once payment has been received a hotel voucher will be sent directly to the hotel which you made a reservation with. On payment we will e mail you a reservation/confirmation voucher which you will be able to print, you may be asked to present to the front desk upon check in. Generally, you only present your identification to the hotel reception when you check in.

What is a ‘confirmation voucher’?
Once the room is confirmed and we have received payment we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing the reservation and price.

Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly?
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.

How long does it take to get a confirmation?
Once we receive payment we will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible but within 24 hours is the norm.

What are the check in and check out times?
Normal policy for most hotels is as follows:
Check in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs.) and the check out time before Noon (12:00 hrs.).

For secure online payment, our online payment gateway (thaiepay) uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us. At no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet.

We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security. We never divulge any information without your consent.

Prices & Payment

Are the rates on your site per person or per room per night?
The quoted room rate is per room per night.

Are taxes included in the rate?
Yes. All taxes and service charges are included in our rates.

What credit/debit cards are accepted?
Our online payment gateway Thai e pay currently accepts Visa, Master Card and Amex credit cards.

When will I be charged?
After you submit your reservation enquiry we will check availability with the hotel. If the room is available we will send you the link to our secure online payment gateway. Please enter your card details and payment within 48 hours to confirm the booking.

Is there any fee using our booking service?
There is no fee to use our booking service for room reservations the price you see is the price you pay.


Terminology

Single Room
A single room is designed to accommodate one person only. The room usually contains one single bed or twin beds. Sometimes a double bed is provided.

Double Room
A double room is designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains one queen bed or king size bed

Twin Room
A twin room is also designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains two single beds.

Triple Room
A triple room is designed to accommodate three people only. The room will contain either :
One queen and one single bed
Three single beds
