Cancellation
Policy
If you wish to cancel your tour you will be refunded in full less 20%
of the total cost (banking, admin and online payment fees).
If you wish to cancel your tour or trek notification must be received
at least 5 days prior to the start date of the tour. You will be refunded
in full less 20% (banking and admin fees). If within 5 days of the tour
start day the whole amount will be forfeited.
If you have booked hotels as part of your tour package the first night
will be forfeited
(for each different hotel)
If you have booked flights with your package tour the refund will depend
on the Airline and will vary between 0 and 100%
If you wish to change the date of your tour or trek we can usually accommodate
this free of charge. Please let us know as soon as possible. However on
very rare occasions we can not guarantee that we can accommodate a change
of date in this case our normal cancellation charges will apply.
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your
card account. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with
the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office
it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive
in your account.

to us. At no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted
